Markins PF-T1 plate and LF-T1 L-bracket for Fuji X-T1 camera

Markins L-bracket for Fujifilm X-T1 camera

A new Markins plate for Fuji X-T1 camera is now officially released.
Photos are taken with the amazing XF 56mm f1.2 lens on a Markins Q3-TR emille blue version with QL-48 quick release.
The additional weight is 61.5g, which makes this combination to be 954.5g in total.
Just less than 1kg with the hood attached. :-)

Some vertical position shots follows.

Closer look, it has a long flange on front side for anti twist.

Rear view.

Of course, the left door can be opened for HDMI, USB access.
But I guess it would be rarely used as the WI-FI function with a smart phone is quite usable.
I believe Fuji will also improve the software as they've done great jobs on past firmware upgrade.

Also battery can be exchanged with the plate on.
I choose not to use a Fuji vertical battery grip but to get cheaper compatible battery from Wasabi for backup. So far, so good.
Two slit holes for speak sound output is completely open.

Fuji did a better design on LCD tilt than Sony, so it won't be an issue here.

Center marks on both landscape and portrait orientation.

Side plate LF-T1 has a room for strap ring attachment.

For hand strap attachmenet, PF-T1 has a cut-in design on the far right side.

On the bottom right corner, the edge is carved in to let it feel comfortable to hold while shooting.

With a hood, it stands rather nicely on a flat surface.
